 Analytics systems are either generic, like Power BI and Tableau, requiring users to create reports from scratch with technical effort, or customized, tailored to specific needs but inflexible, requiring technical support for updates, leading to delays and potential miscommunication. 

 Intelligence provides instant access to pre-built reports, dashboards, and alerts, regularly updated from customer feedback. It allows users to personalize and create reports without technical skills, unlike generic or customized systems. 

 The core components of intelligence—reports, dashboards, and alerts—are referred to as "entities." Users can periodically upload data to access various pre-built entities, with new ones added based on customer feedback. These entities can be shared within the organization or externally, with flexible access control and data export options. Live reporting ensures that reports and dashboards are updated in real time as new data is added. Alerts linked to KPIs notify users when specific conditions are met, available in standard and variant types for comparing KPIs over time. Triggered alerts can notify selected users through in-system notifications, emails, or a customizable API, allowing for automated responses. 

 Future updates for Intelligence will focus on releasing new, customer-driven reports and dashboards, enhancing the core engine for easier task management, and expanding datasets to cover additional models and areas beyond operations and marketing. Planned additions include new widgets to enrich user experience, more KPIs and alerts, and the integration of AI capabilities and forecasting features.
